As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager in our Nashville office to join our team and drive excellence in account management/project management. This role will be a key member of the account management team, reporting to senior leadership.

qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of advertising agency account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and deadlines for multiple clients
  • Experience with integrated accounts and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Confidence and ability to move projects forward with minimal supervision
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic!

responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients, acting as the central point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, products/services, and objectives
  • Lead and manage team status meetings ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting/projects
  • Develop campaign and project briefs. Prepare presentation decks
  • Create and oversee campaign budgets, continuously monitoring expenditure throughout the campaign duration
  • Coordinate with traffic, creative, production, and media teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy and on time
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and keep your internal team informed
  • Facilitate integration with other marketing disciplines within the agency
