The Face of Change
Change Healthcare is a multi-billion dollar independent healthcare technology company that merged with McKesson Technology Solutions in 2017. With a significantly expanded product and service portfolio, the new Change Healthcare needed to be relaunched in the competitive healthcare IT space. An engaging, integrated campaign was needed to differentiate the company, portraying them as a key catalyst in helping payers and providers in their transition to a value-based healthcare system.
To humanize a company with such breadth and scale, we recommended putting a face to the brand. Literally. We crafted a campaign around a cross-section of Change Healthcare employees who, day-in and day-out, are working with their customers to create a better healthcare system.Advertising • Internal Communication • Custom Content
The results: We launched the campaign internally at a critical global sales meeting, followed by a high profile, cross platform media buy in the Wall Street Journal. A robust multi-media digital, traditional and custom-content program targeting C-Level executives will roll out further in 2017.
