He has managed the creation of award-winning advertising, public-relations and promotional campaigns for companies in a wide range of industries, including retail, real estate, travel and tourism, automotive, information technology, product manufacturing, entertainment, sports marketing and many others.
Not bad for a guy who started in the mailroom. Literally.
DAVE JOSSERAND

Dave possesses the ability to focus on the broadest issues of marketing communications while still offering our clients keenly penetrating strategies for branding and marketing programs. His ability to see both the forest and the trees explains how he is able to direct the agency’s Brand Engineers division, while still providing ongoing management of key accounts. He also moderates the agency’s strategic-planning sessions and is instrumental in determining strategic branding direction for the agency’s clients. Before joining the agency, Dave managed radio stations in major US markets. He also managed the building of the first ever radio network for the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. In addition to his agency responsibilities, Dave is a National Board Member of The American Heart Association, member of the Local Agency Roundtable for McDonald’s and President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of North Florida and South Georgia.

As a fifteen-year veteran in public relations and political consulting, Michael has developed an ability to form strong, working connections between corporations, governmental leaders and the person on the street. Michael is responsible for the Dalton Agency’s high-level planning, tactical implementation, public relations, government relations, corporate positioning and political consulting.
Michael’s unique communications and public-affairs background provides clients with access to the highest levels of corporate and government leaders. Prior to joining the Dalton Agency, Michael was the Senior Advisor for Policy and Initiatives to Jacksonville Mayor John Delaney. He has also served as the statewide political director for the Republican Party of Florida. In addition, Michael was U.S. Representative Tillie Fowler’s campaign manager in 1992 and then served as her press secretary in Washington.
Michael accomplishes more by noon than most people do all day. Or at least makes more phone calls.

As Chief Creative Officer and everyone’s best friend, Pat’s primary responsibility is to provide high-level creative direction and concept development while keeping everyone fired up and on target. Pat’s innate sense of strategy and strong design instincts, combined with his genuine love of people, have resulted in the agency’s strong record of creating fresh, arresting and on-target campaigns for a wide variety of clients. Under his direction, the Dalton Agency has produced award-winning work and is recognized nationally for its distinctive creative. In addition, Pat played an integral role in the development of the work that persuaded the National Football League to name Jacksonville as the host city for Super Bowl XXXIX.

KEVYN FAULKENBERRY VP, Executive Creative Director

Brand strategy, conceptual thinking, art direction, copywriting, design, broadcast experience and a childlike curiositythese are just a few of the strengths Kevyn draws from when wrestling with a marketing dilemma. His diplomacy and tact help him manage a diverse department of art directors, copywriters, IT specialists and production managers, while spearheading the conceptual design and production for clients on a local and national level. He has developed brands and increased revenues for clients as diverse as retail chains, banks, sport franchises, transportation companies, healthcare providers, HR consultants, non-profits and more. Although he has won many industry awards and recognitions, his strong competitive nature is really ignited by his desire to see his clients succeed.
The father of two, his girls love having a Dad who enjoys toys as much as they do. He’s the type of guy who when he says “have a nice day” he really means it.

Our grand master of customer service, David’s deep understanding of client needs, strategy, creative development and production gives him an extraordinary ability to manage all aspects of client services. His responsibilities include account management in addition to the organization, development and supervision of the Dalton Agency account-service team. The clients he oversees include those in industries as diverse as education, healthcare, medical technology, retail, non-profits and many others. A near-lifelong resident of Jacksonville, David earned his degree summa cum laude from Jacksonville University and brings a wealth of marketing-communications experience to the agency.
He was especially excited to receive his new Mac G4 iBook so he could store all his Matt Monro music and videos on it. (We don’t know who that is, either.)
