Mark’s seemed like a great place for Dalton’s first Bar Review and we weren’t disappointed. Having the pleasure of meeting Mark himself, we were promptly introduced to Steven, our bartender.

Steven poured some Summer flavors

Summer flavors was the theme for the evening cocktails: Floridian, Strawberry Martini, Vesper and Ty-ku Skinny Margarita were recommended. Each drink provided a unique flavor combination to quench the Summer heat.

The Floridian offered tropical flavors paired with Stoli and Cointreau, which was a perfect balance of liquor and fruit. Next up, a Strawberry Martini. This light, refreshing pink drink had just a hint of watermelon and is perfect for a Summer picnic. Similar to a dry martini, the dry, crisp Vesper is a great choice for gin lovers. The Ty-Ku Skinny Margarita stole the evening for most of us. Under 120 calories and tastes delectable, you can easily have more than one of these citrus delights.

We couldn’t have asked for a better first Bar Review. With its chic atmosphere, its a unique place to unwind after a long day at work.
