Team Dalton: Lee-Catherine Bateh, Amanda Mousa, Nick Ortenzi, Amanda Burgess, Emily Pennington and Melissa Loeffelholz
The Dalton Agency relay team finished their 26.2 mile run on Saturday.
Hopefully, their efforts will help finish breast cancer.
Dalton employees Amanda Mousa, Nick Ortenzi, Amanda Burgess, Emily Pennington and Melissa Loeffelholz donned their pink shirts and laced up their running shoes for the National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer. Their team managed to finish with a very respectable time of 4:43:47. That showing was good enough for Team Dalton to finish 103rd out of the 247 relay teams that entered. Amanda Burgess struck out on her own and took part in the half-marathon.
Proceeds from the breast cancer marathon will go directly to The Donna Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to helping women with breast cancer. Since the inaugural year of 26.2 with Donna, The Donna Foundation has doubled the number of supported men and women to 2,200.
