Client: The Glass House at Riverfront Park, Denver, CO
Type: Urban Developments
The Glass House, a new 23-story, glass-and-steel building set in the heart of Riverfront Park, was designed and priced for the 25-34, singles market. Research led the agency to utilize the Internet and permission-based marketing to promote this unique product. Results: The marketing-communications plan generated almost 7,000 leads via the Internet, which lead to 395 pre-construction sales in a five-month period.

To bring our story to life, an integrated campaign was launched in major cities along the Atlantic Coast and through the Midwest. (more…)
