Few clients create products that can mean the difference between life and death. Safariland, makers of body armor for law enforcement and the military, is such a client. For Safariland, saving lives is not just amission; it is engrained in its culture. The Safariland Saves Club® is one of the most recognized programs of its kind in the body armor industry, with more than 1800 officer saves since 1987.
So for this year’s SHOT Show, the industry’s most important trade show, Safariland wanted a special presentation to honor the officers whose ballistic vests have saved their lives.
While we could have had one of the Safariland employees give a presentation, the Dalton Agency created a high energy, visceral video that featured officers who were shot while in the line of duty and were saved in part because of their ballistic vests. Using real news footage and real police audio from the officers who were shot, this engaging video is a powerful testament as to the importance of wearing the most effective ballistic material.
